Chris Pratt is one of the most down-to-earth, likable, and relatable celebrities in Hollywood. He's undergone an amazing body transformation but unlike most celebrities, he has some very inspiring weight loss advice. We think Chris Pratt hit the nail on the head. Watch the video below!

You see, weight loss is NOT all that complicated. If you want to lose weight, don't listen to all the fads & gimmicks or the latest pseudo-science out there claiming to have found the secret to weight loss. There are two very simple changes you can make TODAY to get started on your weight loss journey.

1.) Cut out the clearly bad stuff from your diet - No candy, soda, fast food, or eating out. You don't have to count calories or cut carbs. Cooking your own meals and avoiding the clearly bad stuff is enough to jump start weight loss. If you must eat out (due to lack of time, etc.) make a healthy choice such as a salad topped with grilled chicken. Allow yourself 1 cheat meal weekly or bi-weekly.

This will be difficult for about the 1st week. But we promise by week 2, you'll forget why you ever liked all the bad things in your diet!

2.) Do something that makes you sweat 30-60 minutes per day. You don't need a 50,000 square foot gym. You definitely don't need to do high intensity interval training or advanced exercise routines. Just set aside 30-60 minutes per day to do something active. This could be anything from going on a fast-paced walk, to kickboxing or using dumbbells in your home. Make it fun, and it won't feel like the dreadful chore of "working out".

Again, this may be difficult for about the 1st week. You may experience some muscle soreness and have trouble finding the time. But we assure you that within a week or two, you'll start to look forward to your daily physical activity.

Really, jump starting weight loss is THAT simple. And like Chris Pratt said, 6 months (or even 3 months) seems like a long time unless you're looking backwards. You'd be amazed at what you can accomplish in just 3 months by making these two simple changes to your daily routine.

A new you is just 3 months away. You can choose to start tomorrow, a week from now, or a year from now. Or you can start TODAY.
