HelloFit, LLC (“we” or “us”) endeavors to protect the privacy of our members and other visitors (“you” or “your”) to our website (the “Site”), including when you are using any information or services on the Site (collectively the “Service(s)”). USER NAME AND PASSWORD.

In the event you choose to become a member of our Services, you will be required to set up an account and choose a user name, password, email address, phone number and mailing address and provide other relevant purchasing and account set-up information. We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or a mobile device can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information you transmit to us or from the Site, and you provide such Personal Information at your own risk.

Protection of Children’s Personal Information.

We do not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of majority in your applicable state. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THESE SERVICES. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information from our database, at your written request. We are not responsible for any content offered on any third-party websites. Links to third-party websites on the Site are provided for your convenience only. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any Personal Information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party website operator, by your browser or third-party service provider. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you visit any third party sites, even if you visit such third party sites by clicking on a link from the Site.

Change of Ownership.

In the event we are the subject of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or substantially all of our assets or equity, or the Site’s assets and/or Services to a subsequent owner or operator, we will provide your Information to that subsequent owner.

Changes to Policy.

We do not intend to collect “sensitive” information from you, including personal health information or protected health information. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
